FAQ’S Cake orders
How do I order a cake?
The best way to place an order is to come in to the shop so that we can design a cake that suits your event perfectly. If you can’t make it in to the shop then please ring us or send us an email.
When do I need to place my order for a cake?
At busy times we may need a few weeks notice to book in a celebration cake. We can sometimes squeeze an order in with less notice so please ask and we can advise you. We can usually make an express cake with 7 days notice. Please try to give 7 days notice for cupcakes although it’s always worth asking if we can fit them if you don’t have 7 days.
Do you deliver cakes?
We don’t offer a deliver service for our cakes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is can then be paid on collection.
FAQ’S Afternoon tea and café
I’m sorry we no longer serve afternoon teas. We occasionally do seasonal takeaway afternoon teas which we advertise on social media.
What are your opening times?
Our opening times on these days are:

Tuesday 10am-4pm
Wednesday 10am-5pm
Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am-5pm
