Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ’S Cake orders

How do I order a cake?

The best way to place an order is to come in to the shop so that we can design a cake that suits your event perfectly. If you can’t make it in to the shop then please ring us or send us an email.

When do I need to place my order for a cake?

We require 10 days notice to book in a celebration cake. We can sometimes squeeze an order in with less notice so please ask and we can advise you. We can usually make an express cake with 3 days notice. Please try to give 7 days notice for cupcakes although it’s always worth asking if we can fit them if you don’t have 7 days.

Do you deliver cakes?

We don’t offer a deliver service for celebration cakes.

We can usually deliver wedding cakes although this incurs an additional charge. Our delivery rate is £20 delivery & set up fee + £2 per mile from Brown’s Cakes.

We have designed a range of cupcakes which we have special packaging for and we can send them via courier. These cost £30.50 for 9 cupcakes including delivery.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require a 20% deposit  at the time of booking and the balance is can then be paid on collection.
