Our most usual flavour combinations for wedding cakes are: vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, lemon sponge cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream ,rich chocolate sponge and vanilla buttercream, rich chocolate sponge and Irish Cream (contains alcohol), Champagne sponge and strawberry jam (contains alcohol), or Fruit cake with marzipan (contains alcohol).
We keep small samples of these in our freezer so that they are always available for you to try. Contact us to arrange an appointment to design your cake and try our samples.
